All custom and permanent jewelry orders are final and non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect. Please ensure all design details and sizes are confirmed before purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
Payments must be made in full before orders are processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Shipping timeframes may vary. Delays caused by postal services are beyond our control.
